Preparing For The Day


Hygiene

Obviously both mental and physical hygiene are things that should be looked after daily, and I like to start my day by getting that right out of the way. These are steps by which I do so...

  1. Meditation
    Meditation is a vital tool when it comes to enhancing your focus throughout the day, as well as clearing your mind in general and getting to the root of things that may be bothering you
  2. Dental Care
    We've all been to the dentist...I am sure you don't need me to stress to you the importance of brushing and flossing.
  3. Shaving
    Traditionally, I have always been a fan of having a beard, but unfortunately these days I have a job which requires me to shave regularly.
  4. Shower
    I try to take one of these at least once a day...for all of the obvious reasons, of course.

Once I'm finished with all that, I get dressed, throw on some deodorant and then it's time for breakfast...which I will break down on the next page.
