Preparing For The Day


Breakfast

When it comes to preparing for a successful day, I think setting my body up with the proper nutrition is another no-brainer.

  1. Medication
    First I begin by taking my medication.
  2. Vitamins
    I then follow that up with a multi-vitamin.
  3. Protein Shake
    Finally, I top off my breakfast with one of these protein shakes mixed with almond or coconut milk.
  4. Exercise
    By the time I've finished cleaning myself up and I've had my breakfast I'm usually feeling pretty good. At this point I like to take a run on the local hiking trail.

After a good run, I'm feeling great and am now fully prepared for the day ahead.
