Sally made the wonderful and smart decision to leave poor old Sandy Claws at the hands of Oogie Boogie.

You can't really blame her, can you?

She's been locked up in her room her whole life, with the only chances of freedom being when she poisins the Dr. and runs away.

But hey, she's free to live her life now, since she's away from Oogie and Jack should be back from delivering presents.

What she didn't take into considerayion is that, while Jack may have made the plans for Sandy Claws to be kidnapped, he never wanted any actual harm to be done to him.

By her running instead of staying, she lost Jack, and everyone else in the world lost their beloved Santa.

She didn't think of who would deliver presents to those children if Sandy Claws wasn't around.

Those children will forevevr be stuck with the toys that Halloween Town creates for them, terrorized by the toys and wishing for Christmas to never come again.
