The Infinity Stones

A Guide to the Marvel Cinematic Universe

The Time Stone

Abilities

The Time Stone gives its weilder control of time itself, whether it is looking into the future, or be able to revert events that occurred ( example: Thanos recreating the Mind Stone in 2018's Avengers: Infinity War ). Due to its power, it cannot be held and used by anyone not powerful enough to withstand it. This led to the creation of the Eye of Agamotto - the Infinity Stone's container that allows sufficiently advanced sorcerers to wield it.

History

The Time Stone has only made an appearance in two films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
