You grab your wallet and head out of the building with Cheryl.
The two of you are seated in a nice café. Cheryl orders a hamburger and fries, and you realize you have no idea what you even want to eat.
Most of the time, you just eat to fill your stomach so it doesn’t growl and make so much noise; you don’t care what you eat as long as it’s not completely inedible.
You quickly order the same thing as Cheryl, and the waiter takes your menu. He comes out with your and Cheryl’s food a few minutes later.
You two talk about your hobbies; Cheryl is into knitting, and you mention how much you used to love biking. You just can’t get into it now, but you don’t tell Cheryl that.
